Paternity Yoga Class(aged 3-7):
This class provides a unique way for you to share your yoga practice with your child while building community with other parents. The class will include poses just for parents, partner poses for you and you child, and child specific poses which will aid in digestion, brain development and confidence. Curriculum is tailored to the indvidual needs of your child. No experinece is nescessary for parents.
Kids Yoga(aged 4-8):
In this high energy class, children are introduced to the concepts of youga in a fun and playful way. Certified yoga instructors will teach your child breathing and relaxation techniques as well as poses and games to strengthen their yoga knowledge. Every week is different in this yoga series to continuously engage your child.
Teen Yoga(aged 8-18):
Mindful teen yoga includes instruction on yoga postures and breathing techniques to support yoga practice and mindfulness guidance to cultivate calm and focus during test-taking, sports and other performance activities. This course integrates mindfulness, and yoga to reduce stress, strengthen, rejuvenate the body and support peace of mind.
